Written too late for a compilation in Ontario of trucking songs put out by DROG. I was seeing someone at the time who was a Grateful Dead fan, although I had never heard the Trucking song before writing this. The weekend I went to visit her in NYC, Magic Johnson was diagnosed as being HIV positive.
